The price listed on the product page is final, meaning that all applicable taxes and customs fees are included.
Issues With Your Order
If any items are missing or damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly.

Important Information About Accepting Packages
We would like to inform our customers that in rare cases, issues may arise if a package is refused upon delivery. In such cases, the package is not returned directly to us but to the logistics center responsible for shipping. This results in additional handling costs for us.
If a package is refused, we reserve the right to retain a handling fee amounting to 50% of the order value. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
